Computer problems can be simple or complex.  I wager that most problems are fairly simple to avoid, and with the right tools and a little direction, most people can prevent the problems from happening.

There are many free tools available to the end user; some are simple to setup and use, some are only useful before an infection and some are meant to be applied after the computer problem is encountered.  It can be a challenge and risk to determine what tool to apply, when.

Simple does not mean quick to fix; it can be time consuming to remove Spyware, Adware, and Viruses.   With the knowledge, and time, you can assess the situation and handle some of these on your own.

It is important to recognize that sometimes the only fix is to reload the computer (after backing up the DATA) and start fresh!   Developing the knowledge to recognize this situation can reduce your time in attempting other fixes and come direct to a support expert.

My Commitment:

It is better and more cost effective to regularly spend a little time to keep your computer running properly than it is to try and fix the problem afterwards.

You, the owner, are the best person to be looking after your system and applying fixes.

This is where I would come in, recognizing different people have different needs.  I can fix the computer problem and that’s it, or I can show you the tools needed and explain how to update and use the tools, so you can maintain a healthy and secure system.
